Effective date: July 13, 2026. These terms describe how this website and the FBTops service operate. FBTops is an independent reimbursement recovery service for TikTok Shop sellers and agencies and is not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance.
The service
FBTops reconciles TikTok Shop settlement, order, return, inventory and payout records to identify potentially recoverable amounts, prepares supporting evidence, and — under written seller authorization — prepares, submits and follows up reimbursement claims through official TikTok Shop Seller Center channels. TikTok determines claim eligibility and payment in all cases.
Engagements are governed by written agreements
Each client engagement is governed by the specific written agreement signed with that client (proposal, NDA, data processing agreement and, where selected, a narrowly scoped limited power of attorney). If anything on this website differs from your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Fees
- The initial 14-day audit of one seller account is free and creates no obligation.
- Recovery work is charged on a success-fee basis (typically 15%), only on reimbursements actually returned by TikTok Shop, with exact terms confirmed in writing before work begins.
- If TikTok Shop later reverses a reimbursement, the related fee is reversed as well.
No guarantee of recovery
Whether funds are owed back depends on a case-by-case review of the settlement trail and on TikTok Shop’s decisions. Figures on this website — including loss benchmarks and calculator estimates — are illustrative context, not a promise of recovery.
Access and compliance
We work on a least-privilege basis using read-only access or exported reports and never require full admin control of a shop. Claims are filed manually by people through Seller Center; we do not use automated claim bots. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the records and authorizations you provide.
