We reconcile the settlement trail across FBT inventory events, returns, refund exceptions, fees, payouts and affiliate commission adjustments, then prepare and follow up eligible cases under written seller authorization. TikTok determines claim eligibility and payment.

Leadership
Oleksandr Bondar is the founder and managing director of AMMA Group L.L.C-FZ and the author of the FBTops research guides. He leads the reconciliation methodology behind the service: matching orders, settlement statements, reserves and bank payouts to find recoverable discrepancies.
How we work
- Least-privilege access — read-only access or exported reports; we never ask for full admin control of a shop.
- Free 14-day audit — one seller account, no upfront cost.
- Success fee only — typically 15%, charged only after TikTok Shop returns the funds.
- Written authorization — cases are prepared and followed up under written seller authorization using platform-supported access.
