Free 14-day audit
Tell us whether the shop operates in the United States or United Kingdom and what you want reviewed. A specialist reconciles the settlement trail for one account and replies within one business day. The audit itself is free; if we later prepare and recover a reimbursement, that work is success-fee based and confirmed in writing first.
What we review in the free audit
- Settlement statements: Statement ID, Payment ID, transaction types and signed amounts.
- Payouts and reserves: reserve activity, negative carryforward and bank-deposit matching.
- Fees and commissions: referral, refund-administration and affiliate commission lines.
- Returns and refunds: refund-without-return, duplicate-refund and buyer-return exceptions.
- Fulfillment records: FBT inbound, in-warehouse and removal events where relevant to the account.
The exact scope depends on the account and the records available. We confirm scope with you before requesting anything beyond this form.
What you receive
- A scope summary of what was reconciled and over what period.
- An exception map: which discrepancies were found, by category and rough value.
- A next-step recommendation: which exceptions are worth preparing as a formal claim, and which are not supportable from the current records.
What we do not promise
- No guaranteed recovery. TikTok determines eligibility and payment for every case; the audit identifies candidates, it does not decide outcomes.
- No universal deadline. Filing windows and triggers vary by scenario, fulfillment route, policy and effective date.
- No admin access requirement. We work from read-only access or exported reports on a least-privilege basis.
How the audit works
- Request. Submit this form with your marketplace and what you want reviewed. We reply within one business day to confirm scope and a secure data-sharing method.
- Scope and security confirmation. No password, OTP or financial files are requested at this stage; we agree the review boundary and access method first.
- Review. Over 14 days on one seller account, we reconcile the settlement trail and return a prioritized exception map with a next-step recommendation.
Access and data safety
We never ask for your TikTok Shop owner password or a one-time passcode. Access uses read-only viewing, an exported report, a sub-account or Partner/OAuth authorization where supported — never shared owner credentials. Masked or anonymized exports are acceptable for the initial audit. Files and any account access are requested only after scope is confirmed, through a secure method agreed with you, not through this form.
United States and United Kingdom requests
FBTops reviews the United States and United Kingdom as separate markets, each under its own current TikTok Shop policy, fee schedule and records. Select the correct marketplace above so the request reaches the reviewer researching that market; do not mix US and UK records in one request.
Who this is for
This form is for a TikTok Shop seller, agency or 3PL that wants a specific account’s settlement, payout, fee, return or FBT records reviewed for reimbursement candidates. For general questions, partnerships, press or anything not tied to a specific account review, use the Contact page instead.

FAQ
Is the audit really free?
Yes. The 14-day audit on one seller account has no upfront cost. If we later prepare and recover a reimbursement, that work is charged on a success-fee basis, confirmed with you in writing before any recovery work begins.
Do you need my Seller Center password?
No. We work from read-only access, an exported report, a sub-account or Partner/OAuth authorization. We never ask for an owner password or one-time passcode, at this stage or later.
What if my shop is small or new?
There is no minimum GMV to request an audit. Select “Prefer not to say” for GMV if you would rather not share a figure at this stage; it does not disqualify the request.
Can agencies or 3PLs submit this for a client?
Yes. Note it in “What should we review?” or the optional message field; we support multi-account portfolios with referral and revenue-share terms for agencies, 3PLs and MCNs.
