# FBTops — TikTok Shop Reconciliation & Reimbursement Support

> FBTops is an independent service for TikTok Shop seller operations in the United States and United Kingdom, including teams based in other countries. Each marketplace uses separate policies, fees, fulfillment routes and source records. We reconcile orders, statements, payouts, returns and fulfillment events, then help authorised sellers prepare supported cases. TikTok Shop determines eligibility and payment. Not affiliated with TikTok.

## How it works

- Free 14-day reconciliation audit of one seller account
- Prioritized recovery map with evidence and deadlines
- Claims prepared and followed up under written seller authorization and platform-supported access; a narrowly scoped LPOA may be used when selected by the seller and counsel
- Success fee (typically 15%), charged only after funds are recovered

## Market boundary

- Never apply US policy to a UK shop, or the reverse. Use the marketplace, fulfillment route, effective date and account record named by the source.
